Founded in 1976, Berwick Free Flight Bird Show was the first of its kind. Using unique and original concepts to demonstrate natural behaviors, the goal of the show is to entertain while raising awareness about the challenges of many bird species and the need for habitat conservation.

For nearly three decades, the Bird Show thrilled, amused and educated over 35 million visitors at the San Diego Wild Animal Park. During that time, Berwick Productions developed many other original shows at the Park, including the “Cat and Canine Show,” the “Australian Show” and “Lorikeet Landing.”

In January 2005, Berwick Productions took the Bird Show in a new direction by partnering with ECO-LIFE Foundation and focusing efforts on educating the local community about the delicate balance between humans and nature and encouraging people to be more aware of the world around them.
